Carl Zeiss, Jena Flektagon f2.8/35mm lens. Serial number 4238063.
The glass is clear and sharp. The bdoy of the lensis a little worn, 
the preset, diaphragm and focusing rings are smooth. 
This lens is is EX condition. I've not used this particular Flektagon,
but the one I did use produced brilliantly sharp photographs 
with great contrast.
