 We would like to announce the formation of eBay Japan KK - eBay's Japanese
 subsidiary.  eBay engineers are now working hard to set up the eBay Japan
 web site, which will of course include listings in Yen and be in Japanese.
 We expect it to be up and running within the next few months, available at
 (www.eBayJapan.co.jp).

 There are currently thousands of registered eBay users in Japan who buy,
 sell and interact with eBay's 7.7 million members worldwide.  Japan is an
 extemely important market for eBay and our community, with a vibrant 
 collecting and trading culture and a rapidly growing Internet population.  
 The formation of eBay Japan KK is our first step in bringing the world's best
 person-to-person trading experience to the Japanese market.  Stay tuned for

 www.eBayJapan.co.jp となります。）　１２月末までには　パイロットサイトの立ち
 上げ　数ヶ月中にはサイトの正式な立ち上げになると予想されます。　　　今後も進
 展をその都度　ご連絡する予定でおります。

 日本のオフィースは、千代田区麹町４丁目に決まりました。　　１２月中旬より　業
